⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely LOVE Jiva Hair Salon in Werribee! I’ve been coming here for a long time and the service is always exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The team really listens and makes sure you get exactly what you want. I get nanoplastic treatments here and my hair has never felt or looked better — smooth, shiny, healthy, and so easy to manage. I constantly get compliments. My partner also gets his perms done here and they turn out amazing every single time. I’ve actually moved further away and now travel over an hour just to keep coming here — that’s how much I trust them. I’m quite anxious when it comes to my hair, but Jiva gives me a real sense of safety and confidence. I always know I’m in good hands. They’re also incredibly accommodating and supportive. If I’ve ever had a question or concern, the team is happy to take my call, jump on Zoom, or have me come back in, and they always work everything out with care. Another huge bonus is the convenience — easy bookings, great location, and they stock professional products that are cheaper than mainstream stores. The pricing is amazing for the quality of service you receive. Premium results without premium prices. Could not recommend Jiva Hair Salon enough! 💇♀️✨

Hi there, I've been looking after my hair by Manju at her gorgeous hair salon Jiva in Werribee. For over a year Manju has welcomed me and done a great cut every single time I need one. I had my extensions taken out and put in by manju to say I am happy with the service would be a understatement I am over the moon not only does manju own the business but she also works witch says a lot about a person and there business my experience was nothing short of outstanding , she made sure to place all extensions in position correctly and proceeded to ask if the tension was to much or to little , I am a girly that loves a lot of hair and I appreciate someone that takes the time to place all extensions properly and dosent mess around for all girlies that are looking to install she does beads ,tapes, wefts, and more I highly recommend jiva salon and will be going there for my future services ! Their salon is clean and well organised. Very pleasant experience
